Hi there! I'm Roo, a Chinese Philippine-based artist with a desire to bring more smiles to people through my works, and that includes you :) I believe there are always better days ahead no matter how tough things get, and I hope I can make you feel that way through my illustrations, comics, or doodles.If you enjoy my art, please consider supporting my medschool tuition by commissioning me to draw your favorite characters! Fun Facts:
- "Rockdrop" has been my username since I was 11. Steven Stone is my favorite Pokemon character. "Rock" is based on Steven's fascination with rocks and "drop" comes from raindrop to make it sound cuter.
- My 1st memory of drawing was doodling ugly stickmen on our house's wooden door with a permanent marker as a 3-year-old. My parents got mad of course :(
- Big fan of JRPGs, especially Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Octopath, and Bravely series.

Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with a commission order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms. Updated: May 3, 2025

1. GENERAL
The artist has the right to reject a commission request.

The artist has the right to cancel a commission if faced with a client’s rude/inappropriate behavior or with a breach of the T&C.

The artist retains all copyrights to the commissioned work, including posting it to social media and adding it to her portfolio. However, you may inform me if you wish the piece to be confidential and not shown publicly.

2. USAGE
Commissioned works are for personal use only. You may not use it to gain profit in any way or form. For commercial purposes, please discuss with me further.

You are allowed to post it on your social media pages, but you must use the watermarked file.

You may not edit the work (except for cropping), especially removing the watermark.

You may not use the work for AI or NFTs.

3. PAYMENT
Full payment is required before I start on the commission.
For comms $80+, 50% payment upfront and 50% after initial draft is allowed.

Available Channels:

- GCash (for PHP)

Conversion: 1 USD = 55 PHP

4. REFUNDS
Strictly no refunds once the payment has been made.

5. REVISIONS
Initial Sketch Stage
- You will be shown the initial sketch.
- You have 3 free rounds of minor/major revisions.

Draft Stage
- You will be shown the initial draft (resembles the final product).
- You have 2 free rounds of minor revisions.
- No major revisions.
- Each succeeding round of revisions will incur an additional +30% on the headshot base price.

6. DELIVERY
Standard delivery time is 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity and number of active commissions.

Rush orders (w/ additional +30%) may be sent within 2-4 days.
Files will be delivered through a GDrive folder link.7. DATA PRIVACY
